Welcome IST students! This website will provide you with information on scheduling rooms for your client conference calls. This website is for students of Dr. Brian Cameron, Dr. Irene Petrick, Dr. Shawn Clark, and Dr. Sandeep Purao.

Please make sure to read the Meeting Instructions before making a room request. They will answer a lot of your questions and hopefully save everyone some time.

When you request a conference room time, it is NOT guarenteed that the time that you requested will be available. You will be notified via email of the status of your request once someone in the IST office has received and reviewed it. Please remember that the conference rooms are used by the entire IST community. It is important to make a request well in advance of your meeting(s) so that the we can resolve any conflicts and hopefully accomodate everyone's needs.

Room requests will only be processed Monday - Friday.
